Product introduction:
Ferrotungsten powder has better fluidity than Ferrotungsten block, and is widely used in the production of welding rods and flux-cored wires.

Production process:
The agglomeration method adopts an open electric furnace that can move on the track and the upper section of the furnace body can be disassembled, using carbon as the reducing agent. The mixed furnace charge composed of refined tungsten ore, asphalt coke (or petroleum coke) and slag making agent (bauxite) is added to the furnace in batches. The metal refined in the furnace is generally viscous. With the increase of thickness, the lower part gradually solidifies. Stop the furnace when the furnace is full, pull out the furnace body, and remove the upper furnace body to condense the agglomeration. Then take out the clot for crushing and finishing; Pick out the edge, slag and unqualified parts for remelting.
