Ernicrmo-4 is a type of low-alloy steel known for its high-temperature strength and resistance to corrosion and oxidation. It contains chromium, molybdenum, and nickel as its primary alloying elements, which enhance its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Ernicrmo-4 is commonly used in applications involving high temperatures, such as in the petrochemical industry for components like furnace parts, heat exchangers, and boiler tubes. Its ability to withstand harsh environments makes it a preferred material for such demanding applications.

When selecting welding materials, it's crucial to match the chemistry of the base materials with the nickel welding wire. Our selection caters to various welding techniques including electrode arc welding, TIG, MIG, and plasma arc welding. For thicker plates, automatic submerged arc welding may also be utilized.
When welding different types of nickel-based materials, factors such as the linear expansion coefficient of the base metal, the strength and corrosion resistance of the weld metal, and the susceptibility to cracks and pores during welding must be taken into account.
