8 / 6 E - G Ultra Heavy Duty Electric Motor Power Sand and Gravel Dredge Pump

Naipu NP-G series of dredge and gravel pumps is designed specifically for continous pumping of extremely aggressive slurries, with a wide particle size distribution. Capable of handling large particles at consistently high efficiencies results in low cost of ownership. The large volume internal profile of the casing reduces associated velocities further increasing component life.

1. Application:
Absorb the silt and sand in the river, lake, sea, reservoir, pound, electric power plant, stone processing plant, deep well.

2. Technological Characteristic:
A horizontal, single-shell structure pump, flow components hardware nickel, chromium high abrasion resistant material and has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high reliability.

Pump and drive straight for the choice of the drive, V-belt drive, hydraulic coupling drive, drive reducer.

The discharge direction of pump can be oriented in any direction of 360° .

Pump in the direction of the export of a 360-degree rotation installation location to accommodate different installation conditions at the scene.

SEALING FORMS:
1 Packing gland For the suction or gravity condition. The pressure of sealing liquid should be 35Kpa higher than the discharge pressure of the seen in following table.

2 Expeller seal In general for gravity condition the gravity head should not be exceeded to 10% of the total head of the pump and the shaft power increase by 5% about.

Possible Faults and Settlements

1.Pump fails to discharge any water,The hand of pressure gauge beat violently  1.Suction pipe don't have enough water.
2.Suction pipe blocked or the valve is locked.

  2. Lower the height of the suction
